Problems with cashback?

Make sure you have logged down at Shoppyclub before making the purchase.
Verify that you have accepted all cookies in the store and on our website so that the transaction is correctly registered.
Check that the purchase has been made without external coupons or discounts not authorized by Shoppyclub.
Wait at least 48 hours after purchase, since some stores take time to report transactions.

If after this time your cashback still does not appear, contact us to the mail of contacto@shoppyclub.com . We will request the purchase data and help you solve it.

Cashback consists of the return of a percentage of the purchase value made in stores. Stores give commissions to advertising platforms (such as Shoppyclub) for generating sales. Shoppyclub returns a large part of the commissions to their users who made purchases, so that they benefit.
