Cashback

Cashback accreditation time varies according to the store. Generally, it may take between 30 and 90 days after purchase, since stores must confirm that there were no returns or cancellations. You can follow the state of your cashback on your Shoppy Club account.

Cashback appears as "pending" because the store has not yet validated the purchase. During this period, the store verifies that the transaction is legitimate and that there are no returns. Once confirmed, the cashback will change to "approved" and you can remove it.
